Connect your Zoom account and start arranging Zoom meetings in no time!
[Before following these steps, you should already have an account with Arrangr, as well as with Zoom.]
- Sign into Arrangr, and go to Profile & Settings > Integrations > Zoom > Link my account or just click here.
- If you see a button that says "Pre-approve", click it.
- If someone on your account already pre-approved Arrangr, you won't need to.
- If you don't have Zoom admin privileges, you may need to get an admin to pre-approve Arrangr
- Details:
- Before Arrangr's installation can be authorized, your Zoom account admin must pre-approve Arrangr for your account. If you have a solo account, or if you have the right privileges, you will be able to just click "Pre-approve" yourself. Otherwise, you will need to enlist an admin. For more information on app pre-approval, go to the last section on this page.
- Details:
- Click "Authorize" to grant permissions to Arrangr
- Arrangr needs permission to create Zoom meetings on your behalf. We also request access to your basic profile information, like name and email address and personal meeting URL.
-
- And that's it!
- Upon completing, you should be redirected back to Arrangr, where you will see a success popup, displaying the basic info for your linked Zoom account. After successful linking, you should also see your Zoom information down in the "Integrations" section on your "Profile & Settings" page.
Pre-Approving Arrangr
- If you had trouble with the steps above, it may be because you still need pre-approval for Arrangr to be installed.
- If you're part of a Zoom team account, you will need an admin on your account to follow the steps below (follow them yourself if you have a solo account)
- Have a Zoom account admin go to: Arrangr's app page in the Zoom marketplace
- They should make sure they are logged into their Zoom account. They should see a page that looks like the image below. If the above link doesn't work, they can search for "Arrangr" in the Zoom Marketplace.
- Enable the toggle that says "Pre-approve"
- Under the "Who Can Install" tab, enable the option to "Allow all users on the account with the required permissions to install this app".
Alternatively, if the admin doesn't want this available for all users, they can unselect this but make sure to add the users for whom they want the app to be available.
