Once your guest has submitted their meeting request on your scheduling page, you might want to be able to send them to your website, or to some other web resource of your choosing. Good news - you can do that with our Custom Post-Submission Redirects!

How to set it up

To set this up, from your Switchboard click on "Scheduling Pages", then click on "Settings" for the page you want to update. Then, select "Customization" from the menu on the left. From there, click the "edit" button next to "Post-Submission Redirect". Now you can enter the URL where you want your guests to go, as well as how you want to label the button that takes them there. Right below the inputs for these settings, you will even be able to see a dynamic preview of how your redirect button will look.

What it looks like

If your page has "Instant Book" enabled, then after they submit their selected time, they will see your redirect button in the "Meeting Booked" confirmation popup, as shown below:

Of course, they might choose to use Arrangr's "Add to Calendar" option first. But worry not, because after they finish adding to their calendar, your redirect button will be shown to them again, as shown below:

If your page does not use "Instant Book", then your redirect button will be presented to them in the "Invitation Sent" confirmation popup right after they submit their meeting request, as shown below:
