Link Your Stripe Account

To link your Stripe account, go to your Arrangr Profile & Settings, open the Integrations section, and click on "Set Up / Get Info" under the Stripe logo


Then follow the prompts to link your account to Arrangr. If you don't already have a Stripe account, Stripe will guide you through setting it up in the process.


Make Sure Charges Are Enabled

If you just submitted your business details to Stripe, then it may take a bit for Stripe to process your account, and approve it for accepting charges. Just hang tight - once Stripe has enabled charges for your account, you will then be able to set up your Arrangr scheduling page to take payments.


If you've linked your account, but Stripe hasn't yet enabled charges for your account, then you'll see a warning icon by the Stripe logo in the Integrations section of your Arrangr Profile & Settings (see image below for example). However, Arrangr can't tell the difference between if you haven't finished setting up your Stripe account, or if you finished everything but just need to wait for Stripe to process your account. If you open the Stripe integrations settings from Arrangr, we'll provide a button to return to Stripe and complete the set-up, in case you haven't finished all the steps on Stripe.

Warning icon next to Stripe logo indicates either Stripe is still processing your account to approve charges, or you haven't yet completed the Stripe account setup


Once Stripe has approved your account to accept charges, you will no longer see the warning icon in your Arrangr Profile & Settings, so it should look like the image below:


Upgrade Your Arrangr Plan

If you don't already have our Pro or Pro Plus plan, then you'll need to upgrade to one of these plans to be able to start accepting payments. You can do this from either the "Billing & Subscriptions" section or the "Add-Ons" section in your Arrangr Profile & Settings. Once you are subscribed to one of these plans, and have your Stripe account set up and linked to Arrangr, you'll be able to set up your scheduling pages to take payments.


Set Up Your Scheduling Page

Now that you've successfully set up your Stripe account and linked it to Arrangr, you can set up your scheduling pages to take payments. Just go to your Arrangr scheduling pages and click on "Settings" for the page where you want to take payments. Next, find the "Payment" section from the left-hand menu and click on it (see screenshot below).


Once you're in the "Payment" section, click the "edit" button to edit your Payment settings. Then, select that "Yes" you do want to charge to schedule meetings, and then set the amount and currency. Finally, make sure you click "Save" at the top to apply these settings!
