With Arrangr's Webex integration, you can do a ton of cool things! Here is how to get set up to fully take advantage of all the possibilities:

Create a Webex Account

If you don't already have a Webex account, you can set up a free account here.

Create an Arrangr Account

If you don't already have an Arrangr account, you can easily create an account that's free forever, with the option to upgrade for more features. Create an account here.

Integrate Your Webex Account

Once you have a Webex account and an Arrangr account, it's time to link them together. To do that, go to the Integrations section of your Arrangr Profile & Settings (here). Then click "Link my account" under Webex, and follow the prompts to authorize Arrangr's access to your Webex account. Doing this will allow Arrangr to create Webex meeting links for you, allow us to retrieve a list of your Webex spaces and post invites to your spaces for you, etc.

Enable Arrangr's Embedded App

If you are on a free Webex individual account, then Arrangr's app should be automatically enabled for you. If not, it may or may not be enabled by default. If it's not enabled, then an admin for your Webex account can enable it by logging into the Webex Control Hub. Then they can navigate to the Apps section using the left-hand menu (see screenshot below).

Once in the Apps section, select "Embedded Apps" at the top (see screenshot below).

Now select the Arrangr app from the list, then toggle the "Org access" to "enabled", (see screenshot below).

Enable Arrangr's Access to PII

Some of Arrangr's embedded app features work more smoothly with PII (Personally Identifiable Information) enabled. It allows to pre-load other members of your Webex call or space to choose as invite recipients, allows us to pre-load your participants' info when they submit their responses, and more. If you are on a free account, this should already be enabled, but otherwise one of your Webex admins might need to enable it.

To do so, they can follow the same steps as outlined above (under "Enable Arrangr's Embedded App") to pull up settings for the Arrangr app. From there, they can scroll down to the "PII Restrictions" section, and make sure it is set to "Enabled" (see screenshot below).

Open the Arrangr App Inside a Webex Meeting

Start a meeting in Webex, then click the "Apps" button in the bottom toolbar (see screenshot below), then find and select Arrangr. If it's your first time, you'll need to sign into your Arrangr account. Once signed in, you can start scheduling follow-up meetings right from within your Webex meeting! You can read more about using Arrangr inside Webex meetings here.

Open the Arrangr App Inside a Webex Space

Navigate to one of your Webex spaces, then click "+ Apps" in the top menu (see screenshot below). Then select Arrangr from the list of apps. If you're not already signed into Arrangr in Webex, now you can follow the steps to sign in. Once you're done signing in, you can start scheduling meetings without leaving your Webex space! You can read more about using Arrangr inside Webex meetings here.

Upgrade for Unlimited Use of Arrangr's Embedded App

When you first load the Arrangr embedded app, we'll automatically grant you a 2-week free trial of unlimited use. To maintain unlimited use of Arrangr's embedded app features, you can upgrade your Arrangr plan. Both our Pro and Pro Plus plans grant full use of Arrangr's embedded Webex app, or you can add our a-la-carte "Arrangr for Webex Unlimited" add-on if you don't need the other features that come with Pro or Pro Plus.
