One of the main ways Arrangr uses your linked calendars is to help you visualize what's currently on your schedule as you work to schedule new events on Arrangr.

Setting your "visible to me" calendar(s)

To select which calendars Arrangr uses to display your schedule for your own viewing, go to your Profile & Settings (https://arrangr.com/my_profile).

See your schedule as you suggest times

When you are composing a new invite on Arrangr, whether it's a 1:1 meeting invite, a poll for a group event, or creating a group event, Arrangr will display your current schedule on the same calendar where you are selecting times. If you're recipients are Arrangr users as well, then you'll also be able to see when they are busy. This makes it easy to suggest times in the "white space" on the calendar, when everyone is more likely to be available.

View your schedule while on someone else's scheduling page

If you are trying to select time slots on another users' scheduling page, Arrangr will automatically gray out any times that overlap with events on your schedule. If you click the "view my own schedule" button, then Arrangr will display a list of all your events for the day, right above the time slots offered on their page, so you can easily reference exactly what you have going on.

View your schedule while taking a poll

Arrangr also makes it easy for you to reference your own schedule while filling out your response to an Arrangr poll. For each time, Arrangr will show a little colored dot indicating whether you have an overlapping event, or a near-overlapping event, or if it's wide open for you. If you actually click on one of the times in the poll, Arrangr will display a popup showing you all your events for that day.

View your schedule on your Arrangr Switchboard

You Arrangr Switchboard is your portal to all the main actions you might want to perform on Arrangr, and also serves as a comprehensive view of your schedule. On your switchboard, you will see all the events from your linked calendar, as well as Arrangr events that you are attending, plus times that have been proposed to you but not yet confirmed, as well as times that you have proposed to others and are still awaiting confirmation.

View your schedule while accepting a 1:1 meeting invite

If someone else has proposed some times to you for a 1:1 meeting, you can click the "Your schedule" button right below any of the times they proposed, and Arrangr will show you anything that is on your schedule in proximity to that time.
