Arrangr seamlessly integrates with Webex to let you easily schedule Webex calls without wasting time or mental effort. Once you schedule a Webex meeting through Arrangr, Arrangr will automatically generate the meeting link, insert it into your calendar, and share it with your participants. See how to get set up to leverage the power of Arrangr with Webex below:

Link Webex to Arrangr

The first thing you'll want to do is link your Webex account to your Arrangr account. Fortunately, this is pretty easy to do. Just go to your Arrangr Profile & Settings (https://arrangr.com/my_profile) and then click on the "Integrations" section. Then, click the "Link my account" button under where it says "Webex". This will take you over to Webex, where they'll ask you to confirm that you want to give Arrangr permission to access your Webex account. After you confirm with Webex, you'll be returned to Arrangr, and your account will be linked!

Set Up Webex on Your Scheduling Pages

If you want to let others schedule Webex meetings with you using your Arrangr scheduling pages, then you should make sure that Webex is selected as a call method in the scheduling page's settings. To do so, go to https://arrangr.com/scheduling_pages to see your scheduling pages. If you haven't set up your main scheduling page yet, then follow the steps to set it up. Now, from your list of scheduling pages, click on the "settings" button for the page where you want to offer Webex meetings. Then click on "Place/Call Method" in the left-hand menu. Then click the "edit" button at the top of the page. Make sure that "Remote Meetings" are enabled, then in the list of enabled/preferred call methods, if Webex is not present then click "Add a call method option", and select Webex. When Webex appears in the list, make sure that it says "Meeting links will be auto-generated" if you want a new link generated for each meeting. If it doesn't say this, then you can click "edit" under Webex to select the auto-generate option.

Select Webex When Composing Invites

When you are sending a custom 1:1 invite, or creating a group event or poll, you can select Zoom as the call method in the "Where/How" step. If your account is already linked, then it should by default be set to auto-generate a link once the meeting is scheduled. If you want to insert a pre-set meeting link instead, you can always edit it and insert a specific link.
