Arrangr can help you easily schedule DialPad calls without wasting time or mental effort. See how to get set up to leverage the power of Arrangr with DialPad below:
Save Your DialPad Meeting Details
To set up your Arrangr account to easily schedule DialPad calls, you'll first want to save your DialPad meeting link, dial-in number, and PIN so that Arrangr can automatically fill those details when you schedule meetings going forward. To do this, go to your Profile & Settings (https://arrangr.com/my_profile) > Settings > Call Info, then click the edit button (pencil icon) next to DialPad. From there, enter the details prompted, which you can find in your DialPad profile.
Set Up DialPad on Your Scheduling Pages
If you want to let others schedule DialPad meetings with you using your Arrangr scheduling pages, then you should make sure that DialPad is selected as a call method in the scheduling page's settings. To do so, go to https://arrangr.com/scheduling_pages to see your scheduling pages. If you haven't set up your main scheduling page yet, then follow the steps to set it up. Now, from your list of scheduling pages, click on the "settings" button for the page where you want to offer DialPad meetings. Then click on "Place/Call Method" in the left-hand menu. Then click the "edit" button at the top of the page. Make sure that "Remote Meetings" are enabled, then in the list of enabled/preferred call methods, if DialPad is not present then click "Add a call method option", and select DialPad.
Select DialPad When Composing Invites
When you are sending a custom 1:1 invite, or creating a group event or poll, you can select DialPad as the call method in the "Where/How" step.
