Your Switchboard on Arrangr is kind of like your dashboard. It allows you to visualize your schedule, along with invites that are awaiting your response, or invites awaiting responses from your recipients, and your Switchboard also allows you to easily initiate any actions you might want to take on Arrangr, like creating new 1:1 invites, group polls, or group events. We'll summarize the main parts of your Switchboard below:

Switchboard Tabs

Schedule Tab

The "Schedule" tab on your Switchboard gives you a weekly calendar view. It will display everything on your linked calendar(s), and will also show you tentative times that you have proposed, or tentative times that others have proposed to you. Sometimes we know schedules can get chaotic with many overlapping events, so we also offer an alternative "collapsed" view to easily see a list of all the events for each day.

Received Tab

In your "Received" tab, you will see all invites that were sent to you that are either awaiting your response, or or still waiting for the organizer to finalize the details for the meeting. This includes:

  • Invites submitted through your scheduling page which you have not yet accepted (if your scheduling page is not set to "instant book")
  • 1:1 invites sent to you by other Arrangr users, which you have not yet accepted
  • Group polls you have been invited to take, in which the organizer has not yet locked down the final time for the meeting
  • Group events you have been invited to attend, to which you have not yet RSVP'd
  • Alternatives times sent back in response to a 1:1 invite you sent someone

Sent Tab

In your "Sent" tab, you'll see all invites that you created/sent which have not yet been confirmed or finalized. This includes:

  • 1:1 invites you sent that are still awaiting a response from the recipient
  • Group polls you created but have not yet locked down the final details for

Upcoming Tab

This tab includes all the events that you are scheduled to attend which have not yet transpired. This only includes events scheduled via Arrangr, not events on your linked calendar (whereas the "Schedule" tab will also show you events on your linked calendars).

Past Tab

The "past" tab shows you Arrangr meetings and events that you were involved in which occurred in the past. Like the "Upcoming" tab, this only includes events scheduled on Arrangr, but not other events from you linked calendars.

Switchboard Actions and Navigation

The left-hand menu on your Switchboard lets you initiate actions like composing invites, and helps you to navigate Arrangr to manage and set up your account.

New 1-on-1

The "New 1-on-1" button lets you start composing a custom 1:1 meeting invitation. With Arrangr's custom 1:1 invites, you can hand-select a number of times that you want to propose to a specific recipient to schedule a 1:1 meeting with them. If instead you want to simply give your Arrangr scheduling link to someone for them to schedule a 1:1 with you, then instead of clicking "New 1-on-1", you'll want to go to "Scheduling Pages" to copy the link to your scheduling page which you can then share with them.

New Group Event

Whether you already know when and where the meeting will take place, or you need to poll the participants to find out, if you want to set up a group meeting or event on Arrangr then you will start by clicking "New Group Event" on your Switchboard. In the next step, you will be able to choose if you just want to poll your participants to find the best option, or if you just want to set the details now and have Arrangr help to collect RSVPs, share the details, get it on calendars, etc.

Profile & Settings

This is where you will go to manage most of your settings for your Arrangr account. Set up how you want your profile to appear to others, manage your linked calendars, set up custom branding, handle your billing and subscriptions, and more all from your Profile & Settings page.

Scheduling Pages

Your Arrangr scheduling pages let you simply give out your Arrangr link to let others schedule a 1:1 meeting with you. You can create multiple different pages/links to use for different types of meetings. Click on "Scheduling Pages" to view and manage all your pages (add new pages, remove pages, change the settings on a page, copy the link for a page to share, etc.)

Quick-Fills

Your "quick-fill" templates let you create basic templates for types of invites that you commonly send out. For example, if you're always sending out a poll to the same 5 recipients, with the same meeting location, you can save a template for this. Then, next time you're creating a poll, select that template at the beginning and it will auto-fill many of those fields for you so you don't have to do it each time. You can also do this for 1:1 invites, or for group events.

Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is where you will find all kinds of information on what you can do with Arrangr, how it all works, how to get set up, etc. (you're in our knowledge base right now). If you have a question about how to do something in Arrangr, or if you just want to learn more about what you can do with Arrangr, you should check out our knowledge base.

Feedback

The feedback button lets you easily send a message to the Arrangr team to let us know any thoughts you have about the product. This can be to tell us something you wish Arrangr could do, report something that is buggy or could use improvement, or just to reinforce something you like about Arrangr.
