Set It and Forget It
Arrangr's scheduling pages let you take a "set it and forget it" approach to scheduling 1:1 meetings. Just set your availability and preferences, and give out your link for others to schedule a meeting with you.
Links to Your Pages
Every user gets one main scheduling page, and can set their own personalized link (something like arrangr.com/yourname). Users with our Pro or Pro+ plan can create additional scheduling pages to use for different types of meetings. The links for your additional pages are an extension of the link for your main page (such as arrangr.com/yourname/video-call, arrangr.com/yourname/lunch, arrangr.com/yourname/product-demo, etc.). You can decide what you want the link to be for each page, and can customize the settings for that particular type of meeting.
Time Slot Selection
There are two approaches you can take for letting your guests select time slots - either Arrangr can present them with a full calendar where they can suggest times anywhere on the calendar, or Arrangr can display a list of time slots when you're available.
"Full calendar" Scheduling Page
Arrangr shows when you're busy, and they can select times on the calendar to suggest
"Available Slots" Scheduling Page
Arrangr displays a list of time slots for them to pick from. It will only show times within your pre-set hours.
Available/Preferred Hours
For each page, you can set weekly hours when you want to schedule meetings. On pages with the "full calendar" view, guests will see your preferred hours highlighted on the calendar, whereas on the "slots list" view Arrangr will only display time slots that fall within your weekly "available" hours.
"Full Calendar" Scheduling Page
Your preferred hours are highlighted on the calendar, encouraging them to suggest times during those preferred ranges.
"Available Slots" Scheduling Page
Only slots within your weekly "available hours" are shown for them to select (in this case, the available hours are Mon -Fri, 8am-11am)
Block Busy Times
Arrangr will block you off as busy during your other Arrangr meetings, and during any events on your linked "busy" calendar. In the "full calendar" view, they will see "busy" blocks in red on the calendar. They will still be allowed to suggest times that overlap, but will be warned that you appear to have a conflict if they do so. In the "slots" list view, no time slots will be shown that conflict with your "busy" events.
Location or Call Method
For each page, you can decide how flexible to make the location or call method options. You can either lock in a specific pre-set location or call method, or you can give them multiple options to choose from. You can even give them the option to suggest their own location or custom call method.
In the example below, they are given 3 options to choose from: 1 in-person location, 2 video call methods, or a phone call.
Instant Book or Suggest & Confirm
You can decide for each scheduling page if you want to let guests simply select a time and book it, or if you want them to "suggest" times to you and then you confirm one of their times.
Instant Book
If set to "instant book" guests can select a single time and book it on the spot.
Suggest & Confirm
If set to "suggest and confirm" guests can suggest several times, then you will confirm one of those times to lock in the meeting.
