Scheduling pages can be a great hands-off way to schedule meetings, but aren't necessarily the best approach for all people and all meetings. Particularly for people with chaotic schedules, or when every meeting is unique with different priorities and requirements, it can often be best to take a more proactive and tailored approach. Arrangr's custom 1:1 meeting invites fill this gap - they work like people naturally communicate about scheduling, allowing you to propose specific times or time ranges to a specific person, and even offer flexibility around where or how the meeting will occur.

Composing an invite

To send a 1:1 invite, you just click "New 1-on-1", then enter who the recipient is, propose times, select call methods and or places, optionally add a message and agenda, and then fire it off. It's that easy.

Your recipient's experience

Your recipient will receive an email from Arrangr displaying the options you proposed (or you can paste the invite into an email you send yourself if you prefer). They can click a time to accept, or can suggest alternatives, or decline your invite. After they accept Arrangr will help them to easily get the meeting inserted in their calendar.
